Inside a Deep Work Immersion: What actually happens?
A Wider Space for Healing
Deep Work Immersions offer a spacious, deeply attuned experience designed to help you connect with your body, your inner parts, and your truth. These focused 4-hour 1:1 sessions blend somatic therapy, breathwork, movement, sound, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to gently unravel old patterns and create new pathways for healing.
If you’re ready to move beyond talk therapy and surface-level change, Deep Work Immersions provide the time and space your nervous system needs to truly rest, release, and realign — guiding you home to yourself.
I Created Deep Work Immersions Because...
I didn’t want to keep grazing the surface. I wanted to support people in a way that could truly create change — deep, embodied, lasting change. A space that wasn’t about fixing, but about feeling.

What a 4-Hour Immersive Session Looks and Feels Like
Before your session, we begin with a 90-minute Intention Setting session (1–2 weeks prior) to clarify your focus and attune to what’s ready to shift.
When you arrive, the space has been thoughtfully curated for comfort —
with soft lighting, calming sound, cozy blankets and pillows, and multiple seating options.
We start by settling in, orienting to the space and to how your system feels in that moment. We check in and adjust the plan to ensure it feels connected, grounded, and aligned with your needs.
The session then flows intuitively, blending breathwork, movement, sound, and parts work — all supported 1:1. We might begin with breath or movement to connect with your body, use breath to settle nerves, or start by mapping the parts of you that are present.
Together, we weave a dance between working with parts — witnessing, processing — and using movement, breath, sound, and vibration to release patterns of constriction and tension.
Your body is invited to find its own way to unravel.
Breaks for tea, water, and snacks happen naturally within the flow, with opportunities to journal or capture insights as they arise.
We honor silence and pauses, allowing your system to unfold at its own pace
— trusting the deep wisdom your body holds. Emotional expression often arises — tears, breath shifts, sensations — and we follow this unfolding gently, always within your capacity.
Toward the end, we move into a space of regulation, bringing in sound, vibration, and restorative poses to help your nervous system settle.
We close with a time of processing — reflecting on the parts and flows that emerged, highlighting profound insights, and discussing how you can support yourself through integration in the days ahead.
Integration and Beyond
To complete this container, we offer a 90-minute Integration + Regulation session (1–2 weeks after your Immersion) to continue unraveling old patterns and gently weave new, embodied pathways.
What Clients Often Experience
Clients frequently notice new awareness, clarity, emotional relief, a lighter presence, a sense of safety within their body, and a deeper connection to themselves.

How to Prepare for Your Deep Work Immersion
During your Intention Setting session, we’ll tailor preparation specifically to you, but here are some general guidelines:
Dress comfortably in layers, as body temperature may fluctuate during somatic work
Consider journaling or noting areas you want to focus on (I may provide prompts or meditations before your session)
Bring comforting items — a photo, a favorite blanket, meaningful tokens, or something from nature
Come with openness and permission to allow the unfolding to happen
