Embrace Relaxation with us on
Thursday 10/30

At GVST Wellness
NEW LOCATION at
26600 Harper Ave
St Clair Shores, MI 48081

Join us for a Breathwork + Sound Healing Ceremony, designed to help you release stored tension, expand self-awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Through guided breathwork and therapeutic sound, this experience will support you in moving stagnant energy, accessing inner clarity, and cultivating a profound sense of peace.

What to Expect
We begin with an intentional discussion on breathwork—its benefits, what to expect, and how to approach the practice with ease. You’ll be guided through an activating circular breathwork pattern, designed to gently move you into a meditative state where your body can process and release what no longer serves you. After the breathwork, you’ll transition into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of sound and restorative yoga, allowing integration and grounding.

The Benefits
-
Release emotional and energetic blockages
-
Gain deeper self-awareness and clarity
-
Experience profound relaxation and nervous system regulation
-
Cultivate a stronger connection to yourself and your healing journey

This ceremony is open to all levels—whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice.
No experience is needed - just a willingness to explore and receive.

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket (or 2 in cooler weather), pillow or yoga bolster, water bottle. It is helpful to dress in layers as body temperature can shift during breathwork. Some people like to have an eye mask, chapstick or journal.
