Breathwork + Sound Ceremony

Join us for a Breathwork + Sound Healing Ceremony, designed to help you release stored tension, expand self-awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Through guided breathwork and therapeutic sound, this experience will support you in moving stagnant energy, accessing inner clarity, and cultivating a profound sense of peace.​

What to Expect
We begin with an intentional discussion on breathwork—its benefits, what to expect, and how to approach the practice with ease. You’ll be guided through an activating circular breathwork pattern, designed to gently move you into a meditative state where your body can process and release what no longer serves you. After the breathwork, you’ll transition into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of sound and restorative yoga, allowing integration and grounding.

This ceremony is open to all levels and adults 18+, whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice. No experience is needed - just a willingness to explore and receive.

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket (or 2 in cooler weather), pillow or yoga bolster, water bottle. It is helpful to dress in layers as body temperature can shift during breathwork. Some people like to have an eye mask, chapstick or journal.

Breathwork is a powerful practice, and while beneficial for many, there are certain contraindications. Please reach out if you are pregnant or have concerns related to asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of severe mental health conditions​

Sound & Vibration Immersion

Join us for a vibrant Sound & Vibration Immersion Experience, where you'll be enveloped in the rich tones and sensations of drums, chimes, gong, singing bowls, handpan, harmonium, tuning forks, and vocals!
This fun and deeply relaxing evening will ground you in a symphony of sound, inviting you to either join in the joyful sound-making or simply sit back and enjoy. Gather in community for an unforgettable experience of connection and relaxation.
Bring a beach chair, mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else you need to sit or lie comfortably and fully unwind.

Sound & Vibration Immersion

Awaken + Align is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
​
This 4-hour immersive mini retreat is designed to support your nervous system, deepen your connection to your body, and create space for clarity and renewal. Together, we step out of the pace of everyday life and into a nurturing, intentionally held container where you are invited to listen inward and reconnect with what truly matters.
​
Through a thoughtfully curated blend of somatic practices, guided meditation, conscious breathwork, and gentle restorative yoga, this experience supports both awakening and alignment. Awakening your inner awareness and aligning your mind, body, and nervous system. Each practice is offered with care and flexibility, allowing your body to lead and your system to move at its own pace.

Throughout our time together, you will be supported by soothing sound, Reiki, gentle acupressure, and spacious integration. Rest is woven throughout the experience, honoring the truth that healing unfolds when the body feels safe, supported, and unrushed.

Awaken + Align is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about remembering how to be with yourself. Meeting what arises with curiosity, compassion, and presence. You are welcome exactly as you are.
​
As we move through this retreat, you will be invited to reflect, reset, and gently set intentions from a place of grounded clarity rather than pressure. Many leave feeling more centered, connected, and anchored in their inner wisdom.

No prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or yoga is necessary. Only a willingness to slow down, listen to your body, and allow yourself to be supported.
