Meet Kelly Zalewski

As somatic mental health therapist and yoga practitioner, I embrace a compassionate, holistic approach to counseling that invites you to uncover the wisdom and language within your and soul. In a safe and supportive environment, you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions, reconnecting with the natural cues your body provides.
Understanding the connection between and emotional symptoms is key to achieving balanced wellness in body, mind, and spirit. By addressing both, you can discover deeper insights and healing.
In my sessions, I integrate Yoga, mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, sound, IFS/parts work and self-care to help you tap into your body's wisdom and recognize the signals of stress. This journey empowers you to nurture and care for your body, mind, and soul.
With eight years of experience, I blend somatic techniques and deeper healing to facilitate your self-exploration. I am honored to create a space for you to connect with your inner self.
How I support your healing
My approach is very eclectic in nature. I draw from my own experiences, as well as the knowledge that I've gained in training over the last decade. My focus is on helping people to understand the things that have occurred in their lives, the belief systems and patterns that have emerged as a result of their life experiences.

The work I do is very individualized. When my client has had traumatic experiences, we look at how their body is responding and what is happening in their autonomic nervous system. We connect how these responses impacts their thoughts, their belief systems, and how these patterns continue to show up in their lives.

We look for ways to shift unhelpful patterns, unlock and create a new pattern where they can move through the world safely.

I incorporate my training as a mental health professional with my training as a yoga instructor combined with my knowledge of somatic healing.
Because different methods work with different people, I have a plethora of resources to tap into to help each person choose what feels good for their body and what feels good in their own healing journey.
