I have always wanted to do something to support other social workers during Social Work month but I could never come up with anything that FELT right. This year I had a light bulb moment! After a gut check and sitting with this for a few days I decided to get to work making some edits to modify my small group program into a self-paced version! 

The past year I have built and run my small group program, Somatic Healing for Burnout. I LOVE sharing this program in small groups, I see have watched women be able to repair the connection with their body, begin to understand the body signals and listen to the wisdom within. 

With this Special Self-Paced version this program will be even more accessible and offered at a special price for Social Work Month. I am thrilled to offer this special version and allow others to experience how Somatic Practices can support the healing process. 

I created Somatic Healing for Burnout because I know how it feels to struggle with overwhelm, exhaustion and being stuck in a cycle of burnout. I am a therapist who was struggling with wanting to help others but hurting myself in the process.

I have now turned this small group program into a special self-paced version just in time to share for Social Work Month! You still get all of my personally favorite practices but you can work through the entire program at your own pace. 

Here's How Most People Deal with Burnout

  • First, they get sick of being in a state of overwhelm [anxiety, shut down, etc.] and know they HAVE to do something differently, but have no idea where to get started. 

  • They start searching, looking for apps, reading books, gathering tools and knowledge...

  • They try to use the tools, but struggle.

  • They isolate themselves [or mask in social settings] and try push through alone.

  • They may feel a little better but the burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion keeps coming back.  Enter discouragement and questioning… 

 

Maybe they keep pushing, keep trying, keep looking…or maybe they give up… 

 

Either way, they feel more exhausted and STUCK in the cycle of burnout. They don’t know how to get out of this stuck space and BREAK the cycle of burnout, and I don’t blame them!  No one taught them how to take care of themselves.

 

But it DOES NOT have to be this way!

What is different about the Self-Paced version?

  • While the overall structure is still the same the self-paced version but you will follow the program steps completely at your own pace. 

  • The practices are explained via text and the videos or audios are designed so that you can follow along.   

  • Each week you’ll receive short, easy to implement practices so that you’re consistently working towards healing the root cause of your burn out. 

  • You get  access to the portal for1 year but you can download all of the materials and links so you can continue to use the practices in your life for as long as you would like.

 

This program helps you to connect to your inner wisdom so that you finally understand what you need and when. Especially if you have a lot of tools but STRUGGLE TO USE them, this is the program for you.

How it works

Somatic Healing for burnout is separated into 4 sessions with 4 recorded easy-to-follow practices in each session.

 

You can move through the sessions and practices in any way that works for you. You can do 1 session each month and do a new practice each week or if you need a little more time and space you can do 1 session each quarter and work on 1 practice for a month.

SESSION1: Learn How to Stop Feeling Frantic

We lay the foundation right away by teaching you to truly connect to and comfort yourself when stressors start to build. We will use somatic practices to be able to take a pause, establish safety & help make shifting out of burn out actually possible.

SESSION 3: Learn How to Feel Without Overwhelm

We will use Somatic Techniques to help you FEEL into the difficult spaces + emotions without letting them take over. We gently explore old pattern to shift out of overwhelm. Creating space to you to be you.

SESSION 2: Identify Your Boundaries

Learn how to access your inner wisdom and use it in the moment. Practice feeling your own boundaries, learning to understand what it FEELS like when you push past them and how to recover so that you finally have power over the burn out cycle.

SESSION 4: Live In Alignment With Yourself

The most pivotal piece to create lasting change, we will explore your resistance blocks and shift them so that you can actually implement this healing into your entire life. This is often the missing link for my clients! 

Ongoing Integration

Healing burnout requires consistency and real change. This program is designed to help you do exactly that. You’ll leave this program with personalized practices for your healing and the SKILL of knowing what you need, when. You will also have the option of taking your healing deeper in 1:1 sessions with me.

Are there payment plan options?

The cost of program can be split into 2 equal payments. Just select the payment plan option that works best for you when you register. 

When will I get access to the weekly materials?

You will get the registration link via email upon completing registration. You will be able to create you account and get started right away. 

How much time is needed for the weekly materials?

This program is specifically designed at a slower pace to allow for nervous system regulation and reducing overwhelm. The practices are short and easy to follow, between 1-10 minutes. You can do them 1 time or multiple to meet your individual needs. The weekly materials are designed to support you in finding your own flow and pace. Part of what we will discuss is how you can modify the practices to work best for you!

How do I access the recorded materials?

You will receive a log in for the program via email. The program portal is via Wix. 

How long do I have access to the materials?

You will have access to the materials through the portal for 1 year. All materials and practices can be downloaded to be used for lifetime access. 

What is the cancelation policy?

Due to the small nature of this program there are no refunds available.

Is this a good supplement for therapy?

Yes, This self-paced program is a great supplement to individual or group therapy. This program is NOT intended to be treated as a replacement for therapy and is not considered to be a therapy program. This self-paced program offers a format to learn somatic practices to support you.
