Deep Work Immersions: Where Your Body Leads and Your Truth Rises

There comes a point in healing where talking about it isn’t enough.
You feel it in your body — a knowing, a constriction, a quiet call to go deeper.

You’ve journaled, reflected, and tried — but certain reactions, beliefs, or emotional loops still quietly run the show.
This isn’t because you’re doing anything wrong. It’s because parts of you — often younger, protective, or burdened parts — took on roles and beliefs long ago that once kept you safe.
Beliefs like:
• “I have to be perfect to be accepted.”
• “If I speak up, I’ll be abandoned.”
• “My needs don’t matter.”
These beliefs shape adaptations — ways of being in the world that helped you survive. Maybe that looked like people-pleasing, staying small, staying busy, shutting down, or pushing through.
And at some point… those adaptations become cages.
The Work That Goes Deeper
Through somatic healing and parts work (IFS), we gently begin to unravel these protective patterns — not by pushing or fixing, but by listening to what the body is holding, honoring what the parts are trying to protect, and creating space for something new.
This is deep work. But it’s not about going faster or digging harder. It’s about going at the pace of your system — and letting your body, your breath, and your parts lead the way.

What Is a Deep Work Immersion?
A 1:1 four-hour experience that blends somatic therapy, breathwork, movement, sound, vibration, and Internal Family Systems (parts work).
These sessions are a sacred space to explore what your body is holding, what your parts are carrying, and what truth is ready to rise.
Your Deep Work Immersion is held within a container of care, including:
✨ A 90-minute Intention Setting Session (1–2 weeks before) to clarify your focus and attune to what’s ready to shift.
✨ A 90-minute Integration + Regulation Session (1–2 weeks after) to continue unraveling old patterns and gently weave new, embodied pathways.
You’re not just “figuring it out” — you’re feeling it through.
The body leads.
The nervous system guides.
The parts get to speak and be seen.
We work with the language of sensation, movement, breath, and inner parts that hold your stories, fears, and longings.
This is not a step-by-step protocol.
This is presence.
This is truth-telling.
This is you — unraveling and unlearning in order to remember who you truly are.

I currently have 1 Deep Work Immersion available in July and 1 in August.
