Experience how conscious connected breathwork can support you along your healing journey. This 2 hour workshop is great for beginners and those looking to deepen their experience. 

Each event is limited to 12 participants.

We begin with discussion, what to expect and teaching of the breath pattern. We then use movement to help get into the body, begin to feel into the body before starting the breath. 

You will be guided into using your breath to feel deeper into your body and non-ordinary state. 

Facilitators are available for support and assistance. 

Sound helps to deeper the experience with an intentional playlist plus live drumming, singing and other instruments. 

We finish the night with gentle sound, singing and sharing in community.
