Whether through individual work, or through groups, we provide a safe environment where the people that you are working with are authentic, genuine and sincerely care about you.

At Oasis our goal is to help you get to the heart, to really get to the root, of what’s going on in your mind and body that needs your attention so that you can make your self-care a priority.

Spend 90 minutes surrounded by a variety of instruments and sounds. We have designed this event to help you shift into a state of relaxation and release. 

Erica, Tom and Kelly will be moving around participants with a variety of instruments. Allow the sound + vibration to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. 

Join us for our first Breathwork + Sound Ceremony of 2025 at GVST Wellness on Thursday, Jan 30th at 7 pm

This is a 2 hour breathwork experience where we use a circular, connected breath to enter into a non-ordinary state. It is from this state that we follow the breath to create a space of healing and releasing. 

This is a great opportunity to try breathwork for the first time or to deepen your practice. 

Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask (if preferred). You will want to make a comfortable place to sit or lay during the breathwork portion.
