What’s actually happening
The activation and protective layers have been built over time. At one time in your life they were helpful adaptations. They kept you safe and protected but they were often built during times of crisis, uncertainty, in childhood or during a time when you needed something that is very different from what you need now.
Those protectors look REALLY successful at times.

The part that makes you the reliable one, the calm one, the strong one.

The part that never lets anyone see you fall apart.
That same part now keeps you overworking.
Over-functioning.
Over-giving.

Building awareness of the experiences is only a piece of the puzzle. Awareness alone is not going to change the pattern.​

Inside the Immersion
Each session is tailored to foster deep personal growth and connection.
Each 3 hour session is designed to give space for processing, somatic practice, building relationship with parts and integration into your daily life so that you leave with a plan of what to try at home.
These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your needs.
✔ weave in somatic practices with movement, breathwork, sound and vibration to support your nervous system.
✔ building a bridge between you and your coping skills.
✔ mapping your system so you understand and can track what is happening
✔ building trust through understanding and compassion with your parts
Between the sessions we have space for check in, processing and support via chat.

What's Included
90 Minute Intention Setting Session
This session is the strong start of your 6 month Immersion. The goal is to set your intention, work with resourcing & grounding techniques to create a strong start for the next 6 months.
3 - Hour Sessions
This is where the magic happens! Eight 3-hour sessions to be used during your 6 month immersion. These sessions will be a blend of movement, breathwork, sound, support, parts work and integration designed just for you. We will take a break as needed, have light snacks and tea.
Chat Support
This is where the processing and integration continues. Whether it is an "Ah Ha" moment, struggling with something, needing witnessing, support or just to talk through something. The chat support is available for those between session check ins when life is happening.
Breathwork + Sound Ceremony Credits
Community is an important part of the process of healing. Attend any 90 min to 2 hr Somatic or Breathwork event to further deepen your experience and be surrounded in community.
Personalized Journal Prompts
Journal prompts, affirmations or meditations based on your personal journey to be used in your daily practices. I will design these just for you based on our in- person sessions.
Video/Audio Somatic Practices
Simple easy to follow video or audios to follow along at home. This gives you the tools at your fingertips, right when you need it.

The Impact of somatic +Parts Work

Somatic and parts work create profound shifts in personal development, allowing individuals to connect deeply with their emotions and behaviors, fostering lasting transformation in their lives.
Somatic work builds connection with the body. So you can learn to tune into the signals within, learn what your system needs and be able to reach for coping skills that actually help to shift.
Parts work helps to sift the underlying beliefs about yourself and the world that needed the pattern/adaptation in the first place. We learn so early in life that we have to be a certain way or do certain things to be safe and accepted. Parts work is building a realtionship with yourself - one built on trust.
Why 6 months?
A 6-month immersion allows for deep, lasting change, enabling you to cultivate new patterns and fully integrate your experiences. This timeframe is essential for the profound transformation you seek.
When you consistently have space for yourself then your system is able to begin to trust. You are pealing back layers of protection, unraveling long held beliefs and patterns. Your system needs time and space to trust a new pathway.
Why 3 hour sessions?
Have you ever been in a therapy session and feel like you just touched the thing you actually need to talk about only to find you only have 5 minutes left?
Yeah this happens to me too...
60 minutes is not enough time to allow your nervous system to settle, work with your parts, unravel the patterns, allow for pauses to regulate and then integrate into your daily life.
3 hour sessions are specifically designed to allow things to slow down, to give space for your system to actually settle so we can get into the root of things rather than just managing symptoms.
