The activation and protective llayers have been built over time. At one time in your life they were helpful adaptations. They kept you safe and protected but they were often built during times of crisis, uncertainty, in childhood or during a time when you needed something that is very different from what you need now.

Those protectors look REALLY successful at times.

  • The part that built your business by pushing through exhaustion.

  • The part that says yes before you even check in with yourself.

  • The part that makes you the reliable one, the calm one, the strong one.

  • The part that never lets anyone see you fall apart.

That same part now keeps you overworking.

Over-functioning.

Over-giving.

And disconnected.

Building awareness of the experiences is only a piece of the puzzle. Awareness alone is not going to change the pattern.​

Inside the Immersion

This is not just a series of sessions.
This is a space where your nervous system gets to experience something new, consistently, over time.

This Immersion is a place where:

  • patterns are worked with in real time

  • integration happens between sessions, not just during them

 

The Immersion is tailored specifically to you and your needs.

What's Included

90 Minute Intention Setting Session

This session is the strong start of your 6 month Immersion. The goal is to set your intention, work with resourcing & grounding techniques to create a strong start for the next 6 months.

3 - Hour Sessions

This is where the magic happens! Six 3-hour sessions to be used during your 6 month immersion. These sessions will be a blend of movement, breathwork, sound, support, parts work and integration designed just for you. We will take a break as needed, have light snacks and tea. 

Chat Support

This is where the processing and integration continues. Whether it is an "Ah Ha" moment, struggling with something, needing witnessing, support or just to talk through something. The chat support is available for those between session check ins when life is happening. 

Breathwork + Sound Ceremony Credits

Community is an important part of the process of healing. Attend any 90 min to 2 hr Somatic or Breathwork event to further deepen your experience and be surrounded in community.

Personalized Journal Prompts

Journal prompts, affirmations or meditations based on your personal journey to be used in your daily practices. I will design these just for you based on our in- person sessions. 

Video/Audio Somatic Practices

Simple easy to follow video or audios to follow along at home. This gives you the tools at your fingertips, right when you need it.

What Sets The Regulation & Repatterning Immersion Apart

This is immersive, relational, embodied work.

This is about you building trust within yourself so that you can FEEL the inner shift, so that you can access and reach for the tools that are helpful.

So that you can have an argument with your partner with out shutting down or screaming at them AND still express yourself.

So that you can drive by THAT location, notice and feel the sadness or grief but still be able to go on with your day.

So that you can feel the beginnings of overwhelm and can ask for support before it takes you out.

Why 6 months?

A 6-month immersion allows for deep, lasting change, enabling you to cultivate new patterns and fully integrate your experiences. This timeframe is essential for the profound transformation you seek.

 

When you consistently have space for yourself then your system is able to begin to trust. You are pealing back layers of protection, unraveling long held beliefs and patterns. Your system needs time and space to trust a new pathway.

Why 3 hour sessions?

Have you ever been in a therapy session and feel like you just touched the thing you actually need to talk about only to find you only have 5 minutes left?

Yeah this happens to me too...

 

60 minutes is not enough time to allow your nervous system to settle, work with your parts, unravel the patterns, allow for pauses to regulate and then integrate into your daily life.

 

3 hour sessions are specifically designed to allow things to slow down, to give space for your system to actually settle so we can get into the root of things rather than just managing symptoms.
