  • They may feel a little better but the burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion keeps coming back.  Enter discouragement and questioning… 


Maybe they keep pushing, keep trying, keep looking…or maybe they give up… 


Either way, they feel more exhausted and STUCK in the cycle of burnout. They don’t know how to get out of this stuck space and BREAK the cycle of burnout, and I don’t blame them!  No one taught them how to take care of themselves.

I created Somatic Healing for Burnout because I know how it feels to struggle with overwhelm, exhaustion and being stuck in a cycle of burnout. I am a therapist who was struggling with wanting to help others but hurting myself in the process.


My private practice was full and I was doing the work I LOVE, but I was always exhausted. I kept noticing my clients get to a certain place and then progress would stall. I just knew there had to be more, another option. I learned that I needed more than just talk therapy… 


I went on a journey to find Somatic techniques to work with trauma stored in the body and learn everything I could to help people heal at a deeper level.


In my search I found a deeper understanding of my own cycle of burnout. I began to understand WHY I was feeling stuck and What I could do about it. I shifted my focus to somatic work and could FEEL the change for myself. Then I began using somatic techniques with my clients and got to watch profound shifts happen over and over. 


I realized this was all I wanted to do - help people understand their patterns of response, how to use their tools more effectively and FINALLY get out of the overwhelmed stuck space!


So, I put created a program to teach my signature methods that have allowed me to STOP the cycle of burnout and find ease in my own life. I have used this method with my individual clients and now I am expanding it into a group program so I can share with even more people. That is how "Somatic Healing for Burnout" was born!

What makes Somatic Healing for Burnout different?

SESSION1: Learn How to Stop Feeling Frantic

We lay the foundation right away by teaching you to truly connect to and comfort yourself when stressors start to build. We will use somatic practices to be able to take a pause, establish safety & help make shifting out of burn out actually possible.

SESSION 3: Learn How to Feel Without Overwhelm

We will use Somatic Techniques to help you FEEL into the difficult spaces + emotions without letting them take over. We gently explore old pattern to shift out of overwhelm. Creating space to you to be you.

SESSION 2: Identify Your Boundaries

Learn how to access your inner wisdom and use it in the moment. Practice feeling your own boundaries, learning to understand what it FEELS like when you push past them and how to recover so that you finally have power over the burn out cycle.

SESSION 4: Live In Alignment With Yourself

The most pivotal piece to create lasting change, we will explore your resistance blocks and shift them so that you can actually implement this healing into your entire life. This is often the missing link for my clients! 

Ongoing Integration

Healing burnout requires consistency and real change. This program is designed to help you do exactly that. You’ll leave this program with personalized practices for your healing and the SKILL of knowing what you need, when. You will also have the option of taking your healing deeper in 1:1 sessions with me.

Somatic Healing for Burnout is a 4-month, small group program that gives you support to learn to listen to your body, your boundaries and unlock your blocks to get UNSTUCK from the cycle of exhaustion + overwhelm.

  • 4 Live sessions- 2 hours each

    • In- Person on Tuesdays 6-8 pm EST: Jan 23rd, Feb 20th, March 19th, April 16th

    • Virtual via Zoom on Wednesdays 6-8 pm EST: Jan 31st, Feb 28th, March 27th, April 24th

  • 2 Virtual Practice & Connection sessions- 60-75 minutes each

FAQs about Somatic Healing for Burnout

Where are the classes located?

In-person sessions (TUESDAY GROUP) are held at my office in St. Clair Shores: 24410 Harper Ave, Suite 101, St. Clair Shores, MI, 48080

Virtual sessions (WEDNESDAY GROUP) are held via Zoom. 

Are there payment plan options?

The cost of program can be split into 5 equal payments. Just select the payment plan option that works best for you when you register. 


What dates are the in-person classes?

Tuesday evenings from 6-8 pm EST on Jan. 23rd, Feb. 20th, Mar19th & Apr 16th

What dates are the virtual classes?

Wednesdays evenings from 6-8 pm EST on Jan 31st, Feb 28th, Mar 27th and Apr 24th

Class time: EST: 6-8 pm, CST: 5-7 pm, MST: 4-6 pm, PST: 3-5 pm

Can I switch between In-Person and Virtual?

Due to limited space in-person, participants must commit to either in-person or virtual and are not able to swap between the groups. 

What if I cannot make it to a class?

Virtual sessions ONLY will be recorded and available to participants. 

In addition, part of the program is video/audio and supporting materials for each exercise we work on. So you will have access to all of the materials if you miss a session. This includes pre-recorded demonstrations of practices. 

When will I get access to the weekly materials?

Following the live session the materials for the week will be available through your individual log in. 

How much time is needed for the weekly materials?

This program is specifically designed at a slower pace to allow for nervous system regulation and reducing overwhelm. The practices are short and easy to follow, between 1-10 minutes. You can do them 1 time or multiple to meet your individual needs. The weekly materials are designed to support you in finding your own flow and pace. Part of what we will discuss is how you can modify the practices to work best for you!

How do I access the recorded materials?

You will receive a log in for the program via email. 

How long do I have access to the materials?

You will have lifetime access to the resources and materials. Just download and/or print the materials you would like to keep.

What is the cancelation policy?

Due to the small nature of this program there are no refunds available.


What is the discount for 1:1 sessions?

I am offering 1:1 sessions for $225 per 90 minute session (regularly $250) for participants of SHB from Jan 1st through the end of April, based on availability. There is not a limit to the number of sessions during this time frame, you can do as many or as few as you wish to support you in your healing journey.
