Somatic Immersion for Deep Inner Work

Service Description

Included in the Somatic Immersion for Deep Inner Work Package: *90 min Somatic resourcing and intention setting session- this session will be 1-2 weeks prior to your immersion to help you to prepare your intention *4 hour Somatic Immersion sessions- we will spend 4 hours using somatic techniques, dialog and exploration to process, release and integrate. Every session will be different but this will typically include movement, breathwork ceremony, somatic nervous system regulation, sound bath, restorative yoga, self inquiry, etc. *90 minute Somatic follow up and integration session- this session will be 1-2 weeks after your immersion and focused on continued processing, integration and embodiment This package is designed for the person who has utilized somatic techniques and is looking for a deeper experience. This experience is designed to assist in processing and moving through a stuck point with a focus on feeling the new spaces with the body and integration. ***Please only book this immersion after you have had a conversation with Kelly. By booking this Immersion you are scheduling your First 90 minute session. Your immersion day and Integration sessions will be scheduled directly with Kelly

Cancellation Policy

Session fee is not refundable after booking. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please be mindful that Kelly has set aside this time specifically for you. We understand that emergencies happen, people get sick and sometimes plans need to change. Please make every effort to reschedule as far in advance as possible so that someone on the waitlist can make sure of the appointment time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may do so through your appointment confirmation link 48 hours prior to your session. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours you may do so by contacting Kelly directly via phone, text or email by NOON the day prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment AFTER noon the day prior to your appointment you will be charged a $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee. No Show/Missed Appointment Fee: If you miss a session without canceling you will forfeit the paid amount for your session. A No Show is considered no communication to cancel PRIOR to your appointment time and not arriving (in person or virtual) within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
