a 6-month somatic and parts-based container designed to help you interrupt nervous system patterns in real time, so you can stop repeating what no longer feels aligned. What's Included: * 90 minute kick off Intention Setting Session * Eight 3-hour in-person sessions * Chat Support * 3 Breathwork + Sound Ceremony Credits * Personalized Journal Prompts, affirmations or meditations * Video or Audio of somatic practices to follow along at home This purchase will schedule will allow you to schedule your initial 90 min intention setting session online. You are also able to schedule directly with Kelly via text, email or phone. The remaining sessions will be scheduled using a separate link or directly with Kelly. After you complete your purchase you will receive an email with all of the details on how to schedule, how to connect via chat and what to do if you have questions.
Cancellation Policy
Session fee is not refundable after payment is made. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please be mindful that Kelly has set aside this time specifically for you. We understand that emergencies happen, people get sick and sometimes plans need to change. Please make every effort to reschedule as far in advance as possible so that someone on the waitlist can make sure of the appointment time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may do so through your appointment confirmation link 48 hours prior to your session. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours you may do so by contacting Kelly directly via phone, text or email by NOON the day prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment AFTER noon the day prior to your appointment you will be charged a $100.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Urgent/Emergency situations: In extremely limited situations the late cancellation fee MAY be waived at the discretion of Kelly. Please contact Kelly directly asap if you have an urgent/emergency situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment. No Show/Missed Appointment Fee: If you miss a session without canceling you will forfeit the paid amount for your session. A No Show is considered no communication to cancel PRIOR to your appointment time and not arriving (in person or virtual) within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
