Virtual Somatic Session

Service Description

In these Individual Somatic Sessions Kelly will guide you through the use of movement, breathwork, sound, vibration and therapeutic touch to help you to process emotions and energy stuck within your body. Often during trauma experiences, chronic stress and just everyday life we are shoving down and shutting off emotional responses. Somatic Sessions are designed to help you learn to safely connect to, process and understand the sensations in your body in order to help improve your overall wellbeing and mental health. Kelly is available for virtual sessions on Wednesdays and some Fridays. Sessions will be held via Zoom. Please make sure to select the appropriate location for your preference BEFORE you schedule ~ In-person or Virtual. Use the location drop down to select in- person or virtual when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Session fee is not refundable after booking. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please be mindful that Kelly has set aside this time specifically for you. We understand that emergencies happen, people get sick and sometimes plans need to change. Please make every effort to reschedule as far in advance as possible so that someone on the waitlist can make sure of the appointment time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may do so through your appointment confirmation link 48 hours prior to your session. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours you may do so by contacting Kelly directly via phone, text or email by NOON the day prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment AFTER noon the day prior to your appointment you will be charged a $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee. No Show/Missed Appointment Fee: If you miss a session without canceling you will forfeit the paid amount for your session. A No Show is considered no communication to cancel PRIOR to your appointment time and not arriving (in person or virtual) within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
