Service Description

Included in this package: *90 min Somatic resourcing and intention setting session- this session will be 1-2 weeks prior to your immersion to help you to prepare your intention *4 hour Somatic Immersion sessions- we will spend 4 hours using somatic techniques, dialog and exploration to process, release and integrate *90 minute Somatic follow up and integration session- this session will be 1-2 weeks after your immersion and focused on continued processing, integration and embodiment This package is designed for the person who has utilized somatic techniques and is looking for a deeper experience. This experience is designed to assist in processing and moving through a stuck point with a focus on feeling the new spaces with the body and integration.
