About the Event

Do you make sure everyone else in your life is taken care of before considering taking care of yourself?

Self-care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting your own well-being and happiness.

In this two hour workshop we will begin with a yoga set to systematically release, circulate and distribute your body's energy in a compassionate and relaxing way. Then we will do a meditation to fight brain fatigue so you can live in your excellence. Finally we will move into art making to explore the barriers we have to overcome to participate in self-care on a regular basis and review the many tools at our disposal to recharge our batteries.

Throughout the evening you’ll have invitations to share, reflect and connect with others that value the same things that you do!

Walk away feeling relaxed from yoga and meditation and prepared for successful self-care after reflective art making on our barriers to self-care and illuminating our tool box full of ways we can give ourselves an extra boost in difficult times.


Anyone needing to hit the reset button on their personal self-care.  Anyone who uses up all their energy on helping others but forgets to take time for themselves. Those knowing that the winter months can be the most challenging with the holiday season upon us, less daylight and colder temperatures. How can you cope before life gets too stressful?

This is an 18+ event.


For online participants: yoga mat, blanket,  paper and any other art supplies you wish to use (colored pencils, markers, pastels, paints, collage etc)


We know that not everyone is ready to meet in person, and you still deserve self care! Once you book your ticket, a team member will reach out to get you set up for either the virtual or in-person option.

Self care matters now more than ever. Community matters now more than ever.
