About the Event
Stress can be caused by many things, change, struggles, illness, unhealthy living/working conditions and trauma. Stress can provide many unwanted negative effects to our physical body, routines, mood, and ability to be successful and prosperous. Movement, meditation and creative expression can provide a powerful experience to help you learn some techniques to release stress and improve relaxation. You are invited to be a part of this group if you or a loved one have ever struggled with too much stress in your life.
***This series will be "hybrid" with both in person and virtual options. Please contacts us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend in person. In person attendance is limited to 4 participants in order to allow for safe distancing.
A Zoom link will be sent to participants who wish to participate virtually following registration.
