About the Event

Do you feel tense, restless, full of worry and experience difficulty concentrating? 

 If you answered yes to any of these symptoms you might be experiencing some level of anxiety in your life.

You are invited to be a part of this group if you or a loved one have ever experienced anxiety.

 Movement, meditation and creative expression can provide you with a powerful experience to help you learn some techniques to navigate the world with a little more peace. 

In this 2-hour workshop you’ll not only practice ways to release anxiety in a communal setting, but you’ll also connect more with what you specifically need in order to cope with anxiety.

We start with 60 minutes of kundalini yoga, beginner friendly and doable for all ages.

Then we move into 60 minutes of art therapy - a lightly guided experience that allows you to connect with your subconscious needs + desires. Think less about ‘fine art’, think more, creative outlet where the end product doesn’t matter as much as the process of creating!

Throughout the evening you’ll have invitations to share, reflect and connect with others that value the same things that you do!

Leave the evening feeling more relaxed, connected to yourself, refreshed and with practices that you can use at home.


This is for anyone wanting ways to find more supplemental ways of coping with anxiety. 

You do not need to have an art experience, or yoga experience!

For those that know that spending time on themselves is important, but not always easy.

This is an 18+ event.


Basic drawing supplies (pencils, paper, markers, oil pastels, crayons, colored pencils ect.)
