About the Event
Grief is a natural response to the loss of someone or something that is important to you. Globally, we have suffered many losses, loss of events, routines, jobs, relationships, nature, health and lives (the list could be increased!). Movement, meditation and creative expression can provide a powerful experience to help you begin to process or continue to process your grief. You are invited to be a part of this group no matter what level of loss you have experienced.
***This series will be "hybrid" with both in person and virtual options. Please contacts us at communicate@oasiswellbeing.life if you would like to attend in person. In person attendance is limited to 4 participants in order to allow for safe distancing.
A Zoom link will be sent to participants who wish to participate virtually following registration.
