About the Event
This month's focus is about letting go and embracing the present moment. The mandalas we will create this month are simple, safe and emphasize process over product.
What is a Mandala?
Mandala is Sanskrit for “magic circle” and, in the most basic sense, a mandala is simply a circle. Mandala’s can be drawn, sculpted, built, walked, danced or visualized! The Sanskrit word mandala also means “a complete cycle through time”.
What are the benefits of creating a Mandala?
Creating Mandalas helps reduce stress, create clarity and opportunities for growth in your personal journey. When we allow ourselves the time to be expressive and to connect with others we can reset in a healthy supportive way.
