About the Event

The end of the year is the perfect time to set intentions and goals for the new year ahead.  These past 2 years have been a challenge for most of us.  Let’s start 2022 off with positive energy and radiance.  This month our theme is making changes and preparing for transformation.  

Transformation is rarely a quick and easy process.  We need to start by making small changes on a regular basis. The yogic component of this workshop will help cut through the darkness we hold in our subconscious and raise our energy and radiance to begin making positive changes.  

The art making component will help you see where you are now and where you are moving towards, perhaps a prosperous new year full of love, light and laughter.

Throughout the evening you’ll have invitations to share, reflect and connect with others that value the same things that you do!

Walk away feeling relaxed from yoga and meditation and prepared for successful self-care after reflective art making on our barriers to self-care and illuminating our tool box full of ways we can give ourselves an extra boost in difficult times.


People who are ready to start fresh in 2022.  The last couple years have been challenging for all of us.  How about we come together with the intention to begin the new year with hope, light and the projection of a better future.

This is an 18+ event.


For online participants: yoga mat, blanket,  paper and any other art supplies you wish to use (colored pencils, markers, pastels, paints, collage etc)


We know that not everyone is ready to meet in person, and you still deserve self care! Once you book your ticket, a team member will reach out to get you set up for either the virtual or in-person option.
