In this 60 minute four  week mini series you are making a commitment to yourself to practice a new outlet for coping with life's challenges.

 Kundalini yoga is a style of yoga that enhances your awareness, uplifts your spirit and enables you to navigate the stressors of everyday life.

Kundalini Yoga is considered one of the most comprehensive of all yogic traditions, combining  breathing techniques (pranayam), physical exercises (kriyas) and sound (mantra).

 The technology of kundalini yoga applies its science to our bodies and minds, and is aimed at spirit which has no boundaries, no discrimination.  It is known as the yoga of awareness, focusing on self awareness and delivering an experience of our highest consciousness. 

Walk away feeling refreshed, uplifted and ready to start the day.  After a kundalini yoga class many participants will feel more focused, energized and balanced!


Kundalini yoga is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of living in the moment.  


There are no beginner or advanced levels, it is more about moving your energy than creating perfect postures. 


 Modifications will be available so every “body” can participate regardless of old injuries or limitations.


You will want to have a yoga mat/blanket.
