About the Event
Do you feel tense, restless, full of worry and experience difficulty concentrating? If you answered yes to any of these symptoms you might be experiencing some level of anxiety in your life. We would like to invite you to this free FB live event where we will be practicing kundalini yoga to help us relax and release fear. Afterwards we will be utilizing art therapy techniques to acknowledge and release our anxiety. This event is open to everyone, no yogic or previous art experience necessary. You will want to have a blanket to sit on for yoga and meditation and some basic art supplies (paper, pencil, drawing materials such as colored pencils, markers or pastels).
