Jessica offers a unique session designed to support you on your journey of self exploration. Jessica uses a combination of yoga/movement + meditation + art therapy directives in her work with individuals.

Sessions generally start with gentle movement or meditation to help you settle and feel your body. All moves are beginner friendly and doable for all ages. Jessica will then lead you into an art therapy directive - a lightly guided experience that allows you to connect with your subconscious needs + desires. Think less about ‘fine art’, think more, creative outlet where the end product doesn’t matter as much as the process of creating!
Jessica will create space will for you to share, reflect and connect with your body through the creative process.

Jessica focuses on working with individuals 18+. YES, Adults need Art Therapy too!

We know that not everyone is ready to meet in person, and you still deserve a safe space to process and heal! All in-person sessions are held inside of the Oasis Well Being office in St. Clair Shores.
Bring Art Therapy to your space

Oasis Well Being partners with community groups and organizations, to bring art therapy to you. Jessica will work with you and your community to create an event specific to your needs.
Consider an employee appreciation "Stress Melter" or a community building "Create and Connect" night. We can design these workshops to best accommodate your space, population and goals.

Jessica will bring all of the supplies needed to your space. This is a great opportunity to bring a unique healing and community building experience without having to leave the comfort of your own space.
